‘Just a quick email to say how please myself and my mum are with the care M has received so far. In M’s previous care service with another company there was a lot of problems which caused him to be very unhappy and continuously being sent home early due to behaviour problems. Since M has been in this new care programme he has been really happy and gets on so well with all his carers’.
