This is the only place T has lived in where he is happy. The staff are so nice and friendly, and we are so pleased he is living here, being supported by Saracen Care.

Saracen Care are good at supporting employees around availabilities and making rotas that work for the staff and people we support. Everyone cares about the health and wellbeing for both the staff and the people we support. Everyone who works at Saracen Care and everyone who is supported by Saracen Care are well looked after and the managers really care.

Out of all the care companies that I have worked for, I believe that Saracen Care is the best. Their core values are truly embedded within the structure and the organisation.

First Aid Training – The training was refreshing, and I enjoyed learning about other aspects of first aid like the use of a defibrillator and the practical aspect of helping someone who is choking.

In my experience, the support Saracen Care provide to individuals is excellent. It shows care and consideration, is well thought out and planned, and is a great example of person-centred working.

Phillips is a great team leader, he always treats the clients with respect and individuality. He is effective with any queries we have as a family and is very helpful and caring.

I always wanted to express my gratitude for all the support, guidance, and trust put into me through my time with Saracen. It’s thanks to the leadership within this company that I have been finally muster the confidence to engage with higher level education stepping into an area that is completely unknown and new to me. First Aid Training – I found all of it useful and enjoyed learning more and being able to practically learn as well. I found the practical work the most useful. I am very happy with the training as I feel like I was able to learn comfortably and could challenge my knowledge.

Brendan is a very caring supportive carer, he cares for all in his path and offers genuine support.  I have noticed him on many occasions caring for our son and the others in the service. He is consistent and alert. He is always listening to his client’s needs and attends appropriately and promptly to situations enabling a great and efficient safe flow of care. He is ambitious and professional and has great admiration and praise for him. A great big thanks from all of us.

I must say I have been super impressed with the way the company is being run, this has given me a different perspective of the care sector. I must also point out the parts I love the most are the level of professionalism displayed and how intentional you all are in promoting career progression.
