Emma (Head of Swindon Operations) has such a positive impact on the organisation, she allows and promotes people’s individuality, recognising and empowering people’s strengths. I see her talking to others as well as myself and she has a way of bringing people on the journey with her. I feel no separation between her role and mine, feeling valued for what I can bring to the table, and that is through her leadership and natural ability to promote such a positive working culture.

I just want to say I was very impressed with the service. The service is very clean, neat, organised & tidy. Staff gave me in-depth handover. The individual I was supporting also welcomed me in and I sat and supported in her lounge where she fully engaged with me. Met second staff member who was very professional and made me feel welcome. I must say this staff had good knowledge of the service. The home and communication with her was excellent, I had a pleasant and positive shift throughout. Thank you. Positive Behaviour Support and Positive Behaviour Management Training – Ben is absolutely brilliant and takes us through every step slowly so we can understand everything. He does a fantastic job.

Autism, Learning Disability and Mental Health Training – Ashleigh is a brilliant trainer, and I have enjoyed learning all the courses with her. She recognises these can be long and arduous so tries to make them as interactive as possible.

We just wanted to put on record the amazing progress our daughter continues to make with Saracen Care. She is enjoying a wide range of activities, and her confidence and trust in those supporting her is clear to see and is a significant factor in her making remarkable strides! We as a family, as a direct result of this great progress, are able to enjoy family activities together during visits that previously were not possible. The leadership and partnership working shown by Debbie and Emily is a huge factor in this success and the team at are a credit to Saracen. Many thanks for everyone’s hard work and commitment.

We wanted to put on record our grateful thanks to Emily and Steve who last week went away with A on holiday. A had a brilliant time, with lots of trips and activities, including the beach, lunch out, cinema, a holiday ‘shop in Tesco’s’ (a great achievement for A) and much more! This was all only possible due to A’s trust and confidence in both Emily & Steve who certainly did Saracen Care proud.

I’m working in a place where the services are close together, where the people we support live as members of the community and the staff work as a big, combined team helping each other out.

I am grateful for the recognition. My appreciation goes to the management of Saracen Care for the opportunity to serve in a conducive environment. I also thank my colleagues, team leader and Tanya – my manager for the help in settling into delivering on my duties.

Epilepsy and Buccal Midazolam Training – Ashleigh covers the course comprehensively and she demonstrated a high level of understanding of it.
