I visited a young gentleman, J and his support workers and I just wanted to say how amazing I feel his support workers are with him. I visited alongside a colleague, and we were made to feel most welcome. The environment was well presented and comfortable for J and his support workers showed a huge commitment, they were interested and showed pride with the support they are offering, and the journey and progress J had made.

The support workers were in tune with his routine and the importance of this and how they enabled J to communicate his needs effectively. From reading J’s file prior to living with you he has come on leaps and bounds. The passion and enthusiasm were a joy to observe, and I wanted to share with you my thoughts as I feel his support workers deserve this as they most definitely have his best interests at heart.
