The team at Redmarley are exemplary in the care of the individuals in their charge. They stand head and shoulders above what would normally be expected in the care of people they support. Jo and Angie have created an environment which the individuals can truly say is their home. They support them to make everyday decisions, assist with the longer-term decisions that need to be made and support them to discuss and look at the options open to them. The team are creative in the opportunities to have fun and socialise and become part of the community within which they live and access.
