A looked at you for direction and reassurance which you provided in a calm caring manner. I was super impressed when it was A’s turn at the till, you gave him time to put his items through the self-service checkout, again calmly and without rushing him (even when the shop was so busy). This clearly made A feel comfortable and in control at the same time supporting him with independence.”
