‘I would like to feedback that I have found whenever there has been a behaviour of concern, or accident/incident in one of my services, I have always had the support of Alex, or Emma/Konstantin to talk this through with and ensure that all the necessary procedures are followed, and persons contacted for the wellbeing of PWS/staff. If there has ever been any uncertainty or if an incident has met the threshold for a CQC notification or Safeguard referral to be submitted, Alex has promptly been at the end of a team’s call to talk through this together to come to a decision and then I have actioned. We then have all regrouped following all actions completed to ensure the situation is resolved and the circle is closed’.
