I just want to say I was very impressed with the service. The service is very clean, neat, organised & tidy. Staff gave me in-depth handover. The individual I was supporting also welcomed me in and I sat and supported in her lounge where she fully engaged with me. Met second staff member who was very professional and made me feel welcome. I must say this staff had good knowledge of the service. The home and communication with her was excellent, I had a pleasant and positive shift throughout. Thank you.
