Location : Gloucester

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Team Leader to provide support and direction to our Gloucester team, so experience working in a similar care environment and good leadership skills are essential.

The Team Leader will ensure the administrative and care needs of the PWS and monitor, mentor and guide the support team in accordance with regulatory and organisational policies and procedures. The Team Leader will perform care management duties and care and support duties and be based primarily in the community with office working as directed.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Working on shift to support and guide staff
  • Assisting the Care Manager to review and assess PWS needs and perform audits and reviews
  • To undertake staff one –to –ones, Appraisals and PDP’s as appropriate
  • To undertake routine quality audits and spot checks/service visits, reporting on quality and compliance issues as required
  • To ensure timely and effective maintenance of all care, rota and training electronic/paper systems

No experience required, all training provided.
