Brendan is such a lovely support worker to J, he is very kind and very passionate about his job, he treats J as a friend and is very close to his family which is very uplifting to see. I am happy whenever he is on shift because I know J will be in safe hands. He is very supportive and polite, and you guys are really lucky to have such a lovely person on your team.
