Our Quality

Saracen Care is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Our regulated activity is Personal Care. We aim to meet the CQC’s Fundamental Standards to the highest level and have an ongoing Service Development Plan to ensure constant improvement.

We are rated as Outstanding with the CQC.

Saracen Care:

Has thorough and rigorous systems for maintaining quality and safety reviewing individual service users and developing support plans which reflect needs, wants and aspirations.

Advocate a Postive Behavioural Support (PBS) approach to care delivered by competent and confident care staff appropriate to need with additional training specific to the individual as required.

Works to help individuals ‘move forward’ through empowerment, increased independence and responsibility, advocating a positive risk approach to support.
