Everyone had a voice! For me as a new employee in Saracen, your way of inducting me and others into Saracen has given me a full confidence that I am actually in the right company and have increased my sense of confidence, responsibility, knowledge and skills to prove myself as a competent support worker. The class was full of gaining knowledge and full of smiles, laughter and you cheering us up when we get answers to questions correctly. It was generally amazing!
